She thought she was saving the world from a machine. She didn’t know the machine was the only thing keeping the atmosphere from venting into space.

Elias sat in the high-backed chair, the shadows stretching long across the floor. He tapped a command on the armrest. On the monitors, the heavy gears of the blast doors began to groan. He wasn't locking them out. He was letting them in.

"Come on, Sarah," Elias murmured, a cold smile twitching at his lips. "The audience is waiting." : The rebellion was a tool for his internal corporate purge

"No," Elias corrected, clicking a remote. The lights in the room shifted from clinical blue to a deep, cinematic crimson. "I'm the protagonist. You’re just the cliffhanger." He pressed a final button. The screen cut to black. 💡 The Reveal : Elias is the antagonist, not the sidekick.

"You thought this was a revolution," Elias said, stepping into the light. "But I just needed someone to clear out the old board members for me. Thank you for doing the heavy lifting." Sarah’s hand trembled. "You... you're the villain." She thought she was saving the world from a machine
