Rovshan Lenkeranski (Rovshan Janiyev) and Rufo Ganjinski (Ulfat Tagiyev) were prominent figures in the Azerbaijani "Thieves-in-Law" ( Qanuni Oğrular ) criminal underworld.

: Rufo was "crowned" as a thief-in-law in Dubai in 2012, an initiative supported by Lenkeranski and other leaders opposed to the Ded Khasan faction.

: Born in Ganja, Ulfat Tagiyev is widely considered Lenkeranski's "right hand" and was a key member of his inner circle.

: An influential figure born in Lankaran, he was known for his long-standing rivalry with the klan of Aslan Usoyan (Ded Khasan). He was assassinated in Istanbul in August 2016.
