There is an official DLC patch available to restore adult content.

Demons have invaded Earth from the Eye of the Void in the holy city of Aphelia. An ancient magical artifact, the Myoko Bottle (a glowing bottle of milk), awakens to stop the threat. The goddess Miaoke chooses a "courageous person" (the player) to wield the bottle and save humanity.

Players control the sentient milk bottle to navigate levels and defeat monsters.
