For text to look "proper" (filled in) rather than just an outline: Select your text object. Go to the window. Change the Mode from Line to Fill . lightburn-1-3-01
If you have text that behaves like a shape and you cannot change the words, it has likely been "converted to paths." To maintain "proper" editable text: Use the window (TV icon) to verify it
