If the obb folder does not exist within the Android directory, create it manually.
Download and install the GTA San Andreas APK file first, but do not open it yet . Download File com.rockstargames.gtasa.zip

Move this entire folder to the following path: Internal Storage > Android > obb . Download File com.rockstargames.gtasa.zip
The final structure must be Android/obb/com.rockstargames.gtasa/ , and it should contain the .obb files (typically named main...obb and patch...obb ).
Ensure you have at least 2.5 GB to 3 GB of free space.
